Raw Milk is Healthy; Find Ways to Get It and Use It

(The Best Years in Life) Mainstream medicine, which I often refer to as the "Medical Mafia", feeds on the germ phobias. Perfect excuse to nutritionally destroy foods with irradiation and pasteurization, and sell antibiotics for every sneeze and sniffle. This makes more money for them than producing good health and natural immunity.

But bacteria exist in abundance everywhere, including in our bodies. If friendly gut bacteria outnumber the pathogenic bacteria, there is minimal threat to health. Our immune systems actually depend on probiotics, or friendly bacteria, to keep pathogenic bacteria in check. Pasteurizing destroys those probiotic friendly bacteria.

Pasteurizing involves heating that kills friendly bacteria and nutrients, especially enzymes. Without enzymes, minerals and vitamins simply won't be metabolized by our cells. So vitamin and mineral content analyzed in labs and promoted by conventional milk providers is almost completely null and void of nutritional value. That's why they often add synthetic vitamins to milk.

But without enzymes and probiotics, it's dead food. Dr. Max Gerson, whose daughter Charlotte still maintains the Gerson Institute, asserted decades ago that cancer is caused by eating dead food and absorbing toxins. The Gerson cancer treatment focuses on consuming live organic raw foods and fresh juices while intensely detoxifying.

Conventional milk is both dead and toxic. Organic pasteurized milk is not as toxic, but probably almost as dead. Only raw milk from grass fed livestock has nutritional value. My wife, adult son, and I have used whole raw milk from grass fed cows and goats for around five years. My son likes to drink it instead of soda. The wife and I aren't milk drinkers. We use it to make milk kefir for our daily full glass of kefir, and we use it for cereal, baking, or other areas of food preparation.

So my motivation for ensuring we can get raw milk is not merely for tasting a better tasting milk, which most raw milk drinkers claim. It's all about health and maintaining a healthy gut bacteria ratio of 85% probiotic to 15% pathogenic.

Besides, I don't like the way dairy cows are treated in factory farms, and I'd rather avoid all those hormones and antibiotics factory farm dairies use on the cows fed GMO corn/soy mashes. Those cows are not healthy with that diet, so they invariably produce toxic milk that has to be nutritionally killed.

Grazing on grass is what cattle normally do. It's the essence of their natural diet. Another reason why milk should come from grass fed cows is Lactococci, a probiotic bacterium.  According to University of Wisconsin Professor of Microbiology Kenneth Todar, Lactococci are associated with grass, which shows up in grass fed cows. The Lactococci actually kill pathogens. Yes, raw milk from grass fed contains contains a pathogen killing probiotic microbe.

Other research has discovered another probiotic bacterium available in raw milk, Enterococcus durans, which inhibits the growth of Listeria monocytogenes. Listeria monocytogenes are a major cause of most food borne sickness. There has been a lot of research lately proving that probiotic bacteria's health benefits go beyond better digestion. Gut bacteria influence most of our immune system and even brain chemistry.


Actual Sources of Food Borne Disease and Illness

Raw milk minor adverse reactions have averaged around 30 or so annually over the past 12 years. There have been no major raw milk adverse reactions during that time or before. But there have been some serious Salmonella outbreaks of pasteurized dairy over the past few decades. The worst was in the Midwest in 1985. Considered the worst Salmonella outbreak ever, over 16,000 people were contaminated.

The major food culprits creating adverse health effects are processed meats from tortured animals force fed grains in overcrowded spaces or CAFOs (Confined Agricultural Feed Operations). CAFOs crowd diseased animals in small unsanitary feces infested areas. These CAFOs are FDA and USDA sanctioned and protected. No matter how widespread an E. Coli or Salmonella outbreak is, the worst that happens to CAFO food suppliers is a recall of distributed products.

Factory farms are never harassed by SWAT teams. That only happens, without cause or complaint, to small raw milk dairy farms and private raw dairy enterprises. Why would government agencies do this while approving GMOs, harmful pesticides and herbicides, factory farm conditions, unhealthy processed foods, dangerous food additives, and pharmaceuticals that kill over a quarter million people annually?

The government agency revolving door swings constantly for soulless or clueless careerists who'll say and do anything for status and money. Mainstream media honors them as the chosen experts, but they're probably hired by those whose agenda may be more sinister. The depopulation agenda has gone into slow kill, which is more profitable than just getting rid of large amounts of “useless eaters” (as Henry Kissinger was once quoted).

That would be too obvious, and inviting all out nuclear war may destroy or permanently radioactively contaminate some of the elites' favorite recreational regions. No, slow kill allows food and drug cartels to profit off toxins, diminished health, and break the peoples' will while convincing them it's all good for them.

That's why finding raw milk or raw milk products and using them is not only a health boost for you, but a smack in the face for the corrupt food cartels, the medical mafia, their policing government agencies (FDA, USDA, etc) and the depopulation crowd. Viva food freedom!
